History
Born a soldier, raised as a weapon, died as a traitor. Or, at least, that's what the records say.

Iliria was never intended to fight. Born the elder of twins to a member of the Primus, her father - a man of great stature and power - was handily destroyed before the girl was even five. Framed, beaten, and publicly humiliated, Tearon Alevadrian was stripped of all his status and shipped off as a criminal, leaving the rest of his family to be 'dealt' with. Perhaps to add insult to injury the young girl was given to the Mutatis Militari.

Years of training, conditioning, and hardening left Iliria as a husk of person. Never taught mercy and never shown anything but harsh reality, the girl matured quickly into a ruthless soldier, following orders without question and killing without hesitance. She excelled in her profession. As a hunter, she kept to her assigned targets, breaking down channelers and bringing them back to the Primus for one purpose or another. This for well over a decade until Iliria met her last target.

A priority mission, an entire platoon of hunters was sent to apprehend a single channeler. Once found over half the soldiers sent were dead within seconds. With luck, the rest were able to capture the woman at the instruction of Iliria herself, whom at the time retained an odd ability to predict the target's movements. In route back to the Primus Iliria was approached by their prisoner - via less than normal means - and it was revealed to her that the channeler was her twin sister. Within moments the sad, horrific history of their family was reawakened in Iliria's mind. Taken by rage, passion, and fueled by loyalties she was unaware even existed, Iliria released her sister and ghosted the rest of the crew in transit. When the unit arrived back in Roshoqan space, every member was dead and Iliria missing. She was branded a traitor, stripped of her status, and left as a fugitive of the empire.

Free from her militaristic routine Iliria was at a loss. With the help of her sister and by her own specific skill set, the two of them made off and forged the former soldier a new identity. Even with a newfound companion and a rediscovered sense of a conscience, Iliria retained her ruthless demeanor and sadistic personality. Sisters drifted apart once more and the Roshoqan was left to fend for herself, eventually signing on as a bounty hunter and continuing her previous work - albeit now with limited supplies and a new set of rules.

Iliria doesn't much like anyone. She's sadistic, harsh, and without mercy. Weakness in the physical is despicable and stupidity is often met with violence. She is seemingly without a conscience and retains a sociopathic nature, feeling no remorse for violent acts committed on others and utterly lacking any form of empathy. Albeit, despite her complete lack of humane dealings, she is oddly selfless. She only takes what she needs and only needs what is necessary. Money is a means, and fashion and gluttony rarely - if ever - surface on her mind. Her life is the next job. She is highly efficient and ruthless, anything that interferes with her goals is little more than a nuisance to be dealt with.

That is not to say that she has it all together. With the dissolution of her stats as Mutatis Militari, Iliria is hopelessly lost. She retains an inability to dominate herself, having spent the majority of her life at the behest of another. Without a handler, an officer, someone to tell her what to do, she struggles to comprehend the idea of freedom and what it is to make her own, life-reeling decisions. Even if it is slow, Iliria is on the cusp of understanding the plague of the Roshoqan peoples and the fact that the lot of them are glorified slaves. In this she often acts out - violently - punishing others for her own inability to cope and understand her situation. It is not rare for the woman to binge herself on drugs and alcohol for weeks at a time in an effort to deal with the psychological turmoil.

Addictive, confused, and self-destructive. Iliria is desperate in her efforts to seek absolution and will stop at little to attain such. She is quick to attach herself to a person, despite her ingrained racial stereotypes and often looks beyond the physical in association with a partner. Nevertheless, she has a foul vocabulary and seems to only refer to other species, even human races, by their racial slurs, or some other colorful and demeaning term. Rude barely begins to surmise her demeanor.
